A few straightforward answers.

What will help cost?

BERNARD’s first two in-home appointments total are free: one visit per household, up to 60 minutes, covering one main issue. Free spots are confirmed individually by email, not automatically reserved through this form. There is no charge for a confirmed free visit even if the issue cannot be resolved. After the two launch visits, a paid rate will be agreed before booking; no paid rate is published yet. Hardware repair, advanced data recovery, and account-security bypasses are outside this service.

Where do you offer home visits?

Visits are in person at customers’ homes throughout Brunswick County, North Carolina. Each appointment depends on availability and the issue being a suitable fit. Provide your town or ZIP code first; we arrange the exact address privately after confirming the visit. Please mention any accessibility needs.

Can every problem be fixed?

Some issues require the device manufacturer, internet provider, or a specialist. The first step is to understand the issue and confirm whether this service is a suitable fit.

Will I need to share my passwords?

You should enter your own passwords and verification codes. Keep control of your accounts and confirm backups before any change that could remove data.
